Dacite (a cousin to Obsidian)
	Dacite Spalls     Like Obsidian, this is a great choice for any knapper's needs. Dacite is slightly different from obsidian in that it is tougher and has a less glass like properties. 	Raw High GradeTexas spalls These are high grade Texas spalls that require no heat treating. The vast majority of knapped Texas artifacts are from Raw stones. Raw flints offer a stronger implement. Heat treated points are sharper but tend to be a bit on the fragile side. These are great for the beginner or expert knapper.
